Our clients are not part of our testing regime
We test all applications thoroughly before we send them to you for approval as, unlike many software companies, we believe the client is not part of the testing regime!
Personal support
High quality does not end when the application is delivered, and we provide helpful, compassionate support throughout the first year of use. Our support is not just via email. We can provide telephone support too, as there is only so much troubleshooting possible without talking. We’ll also include any fixes required during the first year.
